Asset Manager (Digital & Traditional Agency)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Manager to support account leads in managing creative assets and internal workflows across digital and traditional media campaigns.

Responsibilities
Support Account Leads with internal planning processes, meetings, timelines, and approvals
Obtain and organize project specifications for internal creative teams and external agencies
Manage, prepare, and traffic creative assets across all platforms for final deployment and launch
Proof creative materials to ensure copy accuracy and compliance with specs
Track campaign progress and ensure all assets launch on time and as approved
Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years experience in an advertising or media agency
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Experience managing creative assets across digital and traditional media channels
Ability to proof creative for accuracy, formatting, and specifications
Work with a positive and collaborative attitude when prioritizing tasks and practices
Preferred
Familiarity with project management or asset management tools is a plus
Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Office platforms (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), Slack, Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus
