24 Seven Talent is representing a growing apparel brand seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support their wholesale operations. This role will act as a key liaison between merchandising, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure the right product is available to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for over 100 specialty and major accounts to charge and ship purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
Maintain weekly reporting on wholesale sales, inventory, and account health
Communicate delays, shortages, and all other product updates across departments
Plan and enter all wholesale units to the production team in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with warehouse and factory teams to resolve issues and arrange all necessary shipping documents
Monitor inbound product flow and communicate any issues to sales and merchandising teams
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support revenue tracking, performance monitoring, and account reconciliations
Troubleshoot data-related issues to drive process improvements
Resolve chargebacks and other inquiries from major wholesale accounts

Required

Preferred

Preferably based in Los Angeles, CA
Prior experience in wholesale operations, merchandising, or inventory planning preferred
Experience in specialty and major account management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
