Responsibilities
Architect Solutions: Define elegant system architecture that meets complex project requirements, then drive clarity, alignment, and execution of these architectures
Deliver Results: Provide end-to-end technical leadership and supervision for projects, navigating scope, risks, and 3rd parties to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline; also lead the delivery of technically-focused initial engagements such as code audits and POC phases
Oversee Delivery: Provide oversight and direction for a portfolio of client engagements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical design
Specialization in cloud architecture and integration solutions
Knowledge and experience in system design, API development, infrastructure management, and architectural best practices
8+ years of leadership experience in technical teams
Ability to define, inspire, and drive the execution of architectural visions across multiple projects
Interest in client engagements and all subsequent project discussions
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting a unified and strategic vision for every initiative
Staying informed about the latest technology trends and industry standards
Understanding that the best architectural solution aligns with business objectives and user needs
Grasp of foundational principles of system architecture, including scalability, security, and performance optimization
Persuasiveness with clients, delivering compelling, insightful, and impactful presentations
Active listening skills to ask the right questions and propose appropriate solutions
Deep understanding of various technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, cloud computing, APIs)
Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements
Effective project management skills, including scope, timelines, and resources
Understanding client needs, industry dynamics, and business processes for tailored solutions
