Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, with budget authority for tools/licenses
Manage technical development/customization directly or through vendors
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards
Develop and enforce Salesforce usage policies for business development and sales teams
Provide training and support to ensure consistent adoption and best practices
Monitor and audit sales pipeline data for accuracy and completeness
Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
Define, track, and report on key sales metrics
Collaborate with leadership to refine processes that improve efficiency and performance
Track commission and incentive data for Finance/HR
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations or related role
Experience in heavy industries or related sectors is a plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
Proficiency in Salesforce and data reporting tools
Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred

PowerBI experience is preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
