Public Works Asset Management Technician

Responsibilities
Responding to inquiries related to asset requests, tasks, and project data—both current and historical
Managing the department’s inventory of mobile tablets
Performing software updates and troubleshooting technical issues
Staying current with updates to the asset management and reporting system, OpenGov Asset Management
Providing training and support to other Public Works divisions as needed
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
Ability to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection to support asset management
Experience in responding to inquiries related to asset requests, tasks, and project data—both current and historical
Ability to manage the department's inventory of mobile tablets
Experience in performing software updates and troubleshooting technical issues
Ability to stay current with updates to asset management and reporting system, OpenGov Asset Management
Ability to provide training and support to other Public Works divisions as needed
