Organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document life-cycle procedures
Control retrieval of documents
Qualification
Required

Control retrieval of documents
MS Office experience also required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume transactional environment
Ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple team members well
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Working around rail projects experience preferred
