Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation
Perform day-to-day case management tasks and develop strategic case management processes
Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings
Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports
Assist in trial preparation, including strategy development, discovery, records review, client interviews, and witness preparation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Possess superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication
Must hold an Ohio law license
Preferred
Experience in bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters
