Responsibilities
Perform all tasks associated with jury related litigation consulting
Mock trials/focus group moderation, online jury research, shadow juries, jury selection, community attitude surveys, witness prep, voir dire, demographic profiling, reporting and other related litigation consulting services
Lead focus group research, manage client communication and organize and lead a focus group team
Work collaboratively with research team and clients
Work hand in hand with sales team to close deals for jury consulting related projects
Take ownership of projects from intake to delivery
Make strategic recommendations to clients
Manage jury research including intake calls, client communication and focus group coordination, and leading focus group team on site
Conduct shadow juries, jury selection, juror social media/public records research, trial monitoring, strategic consulting, visual communication consulting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the field
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively with research team and clients
Ability to work hand in hand with sales team to close deals for jury consulting related projects
Ability to take ownership of projects from intake to delivery
Understanding of reliable research methods
Keen insight into human behavior, motivation, and decision-making heuristics
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Exceptional writing, speaking and presentation skills
Performing research and confident consulting, such as making strategic recommendations to clients
Exceptional abilities in qualitative and quantitative analysis
Knowledge of social science research methodology
Management of jury research including intake calls, client communication and focus group coordination
Leading focus group team on site
