Answering incoming customer calls describing our product to our customers
Answering basic questions
Troubleshooting
Offering assistance with our products

Qualification

Required

Reliable person who enjoys working with customers
Ability to work 5 days a week from 8am-5:00pm
Willingness to undergo in-person training at the Spicewood location
Ability to answer incoming customer calls
Ability to describe products to customers
Ability to answer basic questions and troubleshoot
Willingness to assist with products

Preferred

Experience as a family or professional caregiver
Enjoy working with seniors
Some technology experience
