Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Salesforce and integrated platforms via phone, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow
Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce permissions, integrations, workflows, and custom objects
Manage user and license administration for a Salesforce organization with 1,000+ users, including setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, public groups, and permission sets
Use tools like Apsona, Data Loader, and Workbench to import, update, and export data
Support Salesforce Service Cloud features including case management and automation processes
Investigate and resolve API-related issues using tools like Postman to simulate calls and validate data transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and enhance system efficiency

Required

Minimum 3+ year of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience (Admin and Service Cloud certifications are a plus)
Technical support experience with familiarity in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems; previous call center experience preferred
Customer-first mindset: strong communication skills and passion for delivering exceptional service
Team player: ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to group success
Problem solver: critical thinking skills and a drive for continuous improvement
Experience with APIs and Postman for debugging and workflow optimization

Preferred

Admin and Service Cloud certifications are a plus
Previous call center experience preferred
