The role involves reviewing and negotiating contracts, conducting risk analysis, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing training on legal issues.

Policy review, revisions, and drafting

Training on policy and legal issues

Maintaining contract files in accordance with ROSEN’s Legal Contract Management system

Review, edit, negotiate provisions and adhere to ROSEN standard provisions and standard operating procedures

Adapt ROSEN standard provisions to resolve conflicts in contract negotiations; resolve contract issues, mitigate or avoid high risk liability

Required

Bachelor's degree, understanding of applicable law and regulations

2 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating complex agreements

2 years of experience in managing compliance issues

Exceptional, demonstrable aptitude for written and oral communication

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to resolve conflict in a win-win manner

Ability to work with strong personalities and difficult people

Capable of taking lead role with senior management on issues pertaining to relevant contracts

Strong analytical skills associated with developing and utilizing contracting measures and initiatives

Strong problem-solving skills, including logical thought processes, with the ability to resolve complex issues

Self-motivated with the ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, meet multiple deadlines, and work with minimal direction

Knowledge of relevant international laws and regulations

Management of contract lifecycle management systems
