Responsibilities
As a Principal Consultant, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts
You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders
You will drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients
You will mitigate solution risks and issues
You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies
You will lead client meetings and events
You will drive internal team initiatives
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in consulting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in designing, configuring, activating, and supporting the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions
Experience working with Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service
Ability to consult with clients on service line workflow
Ability to guide clients through interdependencies and design decision impacts
Ability to provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders
Ability to drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements
Ability to make recommendations to clients
Ability to mitigate solution risks and issues
Ability to execute workflow and process improvement strategies
Ability to lead client meetings and events
Ability to drive internal team initiatives
