Event and Marketing Operations Manager
Drapery Connection is a local, family-owned business with over 80 years' experience in the home design/window fashion industry. They are seeking an Event and Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and company events while supporting brand visibility and team operations.

Responsibilities
Manage, train, and support scheduling, showroom and marketing teams
Manage and support events team and fill in when needed
Conduct site visits and ensure brand presentation standards are met
Oversee setup and breakdown logistics; coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal staff
Organize and execute all logistics for marketing events
Maintain event calendars, schedules, and deadlines
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
Create and manage social media content calendars in collaboration with content team
Collect content (photos/videos) at events for marketing use
Qualification
Required
Staff management experience is a must
Valid driver's license; local travel required
Required to work some weekends and evenings for events
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, social media platforms)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in social media content creation and engagement strategies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Understanding of visual branding; interest or experience in photography or visual arts preferred
