Responsibilities

Design, configure, and test SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, IM, MRP) to optimize procurement, inventory, sales, and planning processes
Implement system enhancements to support operational efficiency and business requirements
Map end-to-end supply chain workflows and integrate with other SAP modules, including FICO, for seamless data flow
Ensure processes are aligned with SAPIR requirements and internal policies
Provide targeted training, troubleshooting, and hypercare support to accelerate user onboarding and reduce system errors
Act as a point of contact for end-user questions, system issues, and process guidance
Monitor and support system adoption to enhance operational visibility and reporting accuracy
Perform gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement across procurement, inventory, and sales planning
Streamline workflows to improve efficiency in areas such as demand forecasting, vendor management, and inventory control
Ensure all SAP-supported processes comply with cGMP, FDA, DEA, and internal regulatory requirements
Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and operational monitoring
Analyze data trends to identify risks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience supporting SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, IM, MRP) in a regulated environment
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration, testing, and process optimization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Preferred

Experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical environment
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, DEA, or other regulatory requirements for electronic systems
Prior experience in SAP process integration, workflow mapping, or ERP implementation projects
