Junior Recruiter
Norwin Technologies is an IT Consulting, Technology and Professional Services Company. They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to build and maintain relationships with IT candidates, conduct screenings, and submit qualified candidates to clients.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Information Technology candidates
Second level screening of pre-qualified IT candidates
Review candidates, submit qualified candidates to clients
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience
Experience with IT staffing solutions for defined, project-based work
Client Service focus and solution orientation with a sense of urgency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office356 and Excel
Must be able to manage and resolve complex situations while maintaining a team culture that has a high level of responsiveness to its customers
Exceptional professionalism, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to quickly understand complex service areas and departments
Must be able to wear “all hats” related to recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interface with clients
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and networks
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Industry or like industry experience – consulting, IT, professional services
