Graphic Designer - Brand + Marketing

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing design projects for marketing initiatives, including branding, brochures, leasing presentations, digital and print collateral, eblasts, maps, property flyers, floorplans, event collateral and more. Deliver creative, innovative presentation and pitch materials for prospective tenants for new development and existing assets
Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional business partners across Commercial, Residential, Development, and Investments team to ensure deliverables align with business objectives and brand standards
Create assets for storytelling of National Landing for digital and print media, including websites, leasing presentations, advertising campaigns, Experience Center content and more
Support quality control, strategy and creative for large pitches and pursuits, investment presentations
Assist with eblast programs and campaigns, including implementing best practices for eblast programs and campaigns
Assist in managing content for National Landing Experience Center
Occasionally support Corporate initiative including sustainability, Washington Housing Initiatives, Investor Relations, and Development
Support consistency in visual storytelling and brand messaging across all touchpoints
Help organize and maintain digital assets such as images, videos, and maps and other file management
Support the Brand & Marketing team’s photography, including coordinating and supervising photo shoots, and maintaining photo libraries
Participate in team production meetings to provide updates and input on all projects, and lead meetings with business partners to present deliverables
Help manage external vendors ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with project goals

Required

A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 0-3 years' experience in graphic design preferably in real estate, architecture or a related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both digital and print design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Figma, Constant Contact, and Monday Work Management
General knowledge of print and digital production methods a must
Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and consistency and the ability to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners, adhere to brand standards, and remain receptive to feedback
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Eager to learn, take direction, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Copywriting experience a plus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
