Associate Documentation Specialist

They are seeking a motivated individual to join their Contracts and Documentation team as an Associate Documentation Specialist, where the focus will be on supporting the Small Ticket group by preparing loan and lease packages and coordinating transactions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate preparation of equipment loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated timeframes

Communicate with staff, customers, sources, legal counsel and others to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file

Coordinate closing and funding of assigned transaction packages, calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds

Required

Experience working in a commercial finance and leasing setting

Excellent communication skills

Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation construction

Ability to master various software used in preparation of documents and funding packages

Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment

Strong organizational skills
