RapidDev is a leading no-code education platform that helps entrepreneurs build and launch real apps. They are seeking a driven High Ticket Closer to enroll qualified prospects into their premium coaching and education programs.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound booked calls and warm leads from webinars, ads, email campaigns, and internal referrals
Qualify prospects, understand their goals, and determine program fit
Run structured, value-driven sales calls that lead to confident, natural closes
Follow up with warm leads who need nurturing or additional clarity
Maintain high show rates through effective reminders and communication
Keep accurate CRM notes and manage your pipeline responsibly
Collaborate with the CEO and setters to refine pitch, messaging, and funnel performance
Hit monthly revenue and closing KPIs consistently
Qualification
Required
Proven experience closing $3K–$10K+ high-ticket offers (education, coaching, agency, SaaS, or consulting)
Strong emotional intelligence with excellent objection-handling skills
Clear, confident, and compelling communication abilities
Self-motivated—able to manage scheduling, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene independently
Ability to work U.S. hours reliably
Growth-driven mindset: coachable, competitive, and committed to leveling up
Preferred
Familiarity with no-code tools or tech (FlutterFlow/Bubble) is a plus but not required
