Responsibilities

Perform innovation in learning from human feedback (LFHF) and user preference modeling, with a strong focus on in-context learning and post training for large language models
Design data and feedback strategies
Build preference/reward models
Develop post training pipelines (e.g., SFT, DPO, RLHF/RLAIF) that deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient enterprise AI experiences
Partner closely with research engineers and product teams to ship aligned models to production
Instrument rigorous evaluation and drive measurable customer and business impact

Qualification

Machine LearningLarge Language ModelsUser Preference ModelingData ManagementEnglish

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in applied science or related field
Strong focus on in-context learning and post training for large language models
Experience in learning from human feedback (LFHF) and user preference modeling
Ability to design data and feedback strategies
Experience in building preference/reward models
Development of post training pipelines (e.g., SFT, DPO, RLHF/RLAIF)
Ability to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient enterprise AI experiences
Experience partnering with research engineers and product teams
Ability to instrument rigorous evaluation and drive measurable customer and business impact
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
