They are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to organize and direct maintenance programs, supervise the maintenance staff, and ensure the completion of service requests and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Organize and direct maintenance programs and staff throughout the apartment property

Assign and schedule work orders to maintenance team members

Follow up with all service requests

Assist with supervision of Make-Ready (unit turning) program

Maintain adequate parts and appliance inventory at all times

Oversee completion of Preventive Maintenance Program and implement Price Brothers Safety program

Consistently review the performance and activities of maintenance staff
