Commercial HVAC Sales Engineer
BITZER US Inc. is a global manufacturer of HVAC&R components used in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The Sales Engineer/Business Development Associate will develop and manage relationships with key accounts, support technical sales efforts, and execute strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key OEM accounts, supporting business development efforts
Travel up to 60% across North America to engage with clients and pursue new opportunities
Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to promote BITZER’s products and solutions
Identify and analyze market trends, including competitor activities and regulatory changes, to enhance business strategies
Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring product knowledge and application expertise
Develop detailed reports to track progress, customer engagement, and business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC&R sales, technical sales, or business development, with a focus on OEM customers
Extensive knowledge of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Experience supporting and managing OEMs, supermarkets, end users, and contractors
Valid driver's license required
