Temporary Administrative Assistant
Autism Learning Partners is a full-service provider specializing in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. They are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to manage office operations, support HR tasks, and ensure safety and compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities
Be the First Point of Contact – Greet visitors, answer phones, and ensure calls and inquiries reach the right team members
Keep Operations Organized – Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked office with daily oversight of supplies and equipment
Manage Supplies & Orders – Track and order office, bathroom, cleaning, and PPE supplies; process orders through vendors like Amazon and Staples
Support Records & Filing – Scan, organize, and securely store department files; shred documents as needed
Handle Mail & Deliveries – Sort, distribute, and send mail and packages daily
Assist with HR & Staff Support – Initiate staff change notices, coordinate IT equipment returns, and assist with audits and expense reports
Ensure Safety & Compliance – Run monthly safety checks, organize annual fire drills, and address office repairs
Support Projects & Initiatives – Assist with data entry, reports, marketing tasks, and special projects assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
6+ months office experience preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with HIPAA is highly preferred
HIPAA: 1 year (Preferred)
working in an office setting: 1 year (Preferred)
working in any kind of medical facility: 1 year (Preferred)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
