Sales Trainer, Inside Sales
Nutanix is expanding its early-career Inside Sales team in North America and is seeking a Sales Trainer to deliver impactful enablement experiences. The role involves leading onboarding and training for Inside Sales representatives, focusing on building their confidence and sales communication skills.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training across multiple formats: in-person, virtual instructor-led, and collaborative workshops
Facilitate onboarding and milestone-based learning programs tailored to early-career Inside Sales professionals
Partner with regional sales leaders and subject matter experts to localize delivery while maintaining global consistency
Serve as a trusted coach and mentor—answering questions, tracking progress, and supporting real-world skill development
Collaborate with instructional designers to refine sales scenarios, training workflows, and assessments for the Inside Sales representatives
Champion feedback loops—gathering insights from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience delivering sales training, ideally within Inside Sales, technical sales, or field enablement
Proven ability to engage and support early-career sellers, with a focus on coaching and confidence-building
Strong facilitation presence—comfortable leading both live and virtual sessions with clarity and energy
Experience delivering across modalities: instructor-led, virtual, mentoring, and asynchronous support
Innovation in how we build and deliver content; example- leveraging AI and enablement trends to offer a modern learning experience
Familiarity with hybrid cloud and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, multicloud platforms, DevOps workflows)
