Community Assistant
Called is a national leader in building communities where students can thrive and grow. As a Community Assistant, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Responsibilities
Show, lease and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign lease
Conduct functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, and all follow up
Maintain a professional and personal atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents may meet
Inspect models and made ready units daily to ensure they meet standards
Answer incoming calls and handle each whether it is a prospective new resident, current resident with a complaint or service request
Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals
Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High School degree or equivalent
Sales experience in multifamily housing, student housing, hospitality, or retail industries
Strong organization skills and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Team player with high levels of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
