Responsibilities
Reconcile, maintain, and monitor customer accounts. Review for accuracy, work to resolve any discrepancies with the customer and/or various departments, work with customers to stay current, set up payment schedules and ensure accounts stay within terms
Daily reconciliation of electronic sales data from external customers
Daily communication with internal and external customers via phone, mail, email
Ability to work across multiple internal and external vendor systems
Managing daily/weekly/monthly aging for assigned accounts
Communicate and concisely explain any slow-moving accounts or open items to the Supervisor
Engage management in any AR issues that arise
Support and adherence to Franz Core Values

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma is required
Proven ability to work well with others and promote a positive and supportive work environment
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability
Superior customer service skills and interpersonal skills when working with customers and co-workers
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high change environment
Must have a positive and safe work ethic, be a team player, and reliable
Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule based upon the needs of the business
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Advanced computer skills required
Advanced excel skills required (i.e. VLookup, SumIF, Pivot Tables, etc.)
