Management Consulting Group is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist 3 to join Intuitive’s Global Supply Chain team. The role involves designing, building, and deploying training programs for internal employees and external suppliers, focusing on enterprise systems and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
Design end-to-end curriculum and learning programs
Partner with SMEs to define learning objectives and training needs
Apply human-centered design to keep learners at the center of program and tool design
Develop quick reference guides, interactive PDFs, and training documentation
Build eLearning using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia)
Produce facilitator guides and scripts for ILT and virtual sessions
Edit and streamline presentation decks for workshop series
Design intranet sites using basic HTML and GUI interfaces
Deliver final print and video assets (.doc, .pdf, .mp4, .wmv)
Adhere to Intuitive brand style guides (fonts/colors)
Maintain intranet content, online training, and document libraries within the LMS and internal web systems
Research, implement, and utilize learning technologies/software for supply chain programs and S4 (SAP) Transformation communities with a focus on ease-of-development and end-user functionality
Influence development and usage of instructor-led virtual classroom technologies
Advise GSC on learning technology best practices for effective training
Define and track metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
Co-lead project management and rollout strategies for key GSC initiatives (video microlearning, eLearning, mobile learning)
Support virtual classroom trainings in both design and technical roles
Maintain training records in LMS, participate in LMS upgrades/customization, and provide technical support across LMS and learning technologies
Stay current on innovative training tools and design strategies
Partner with IT to implement S4 (SAP) Transformation Training across operations groups
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree plus 5–10 years related experience (instructional design, curriculum development, visual communication, graphic design, learning & development, software training development, organizational development, human-centered design, or education-focused roles)
Willingness to work periodic evenings/weekends for program support with prior notice
Willingness to travel (~10%)
Proven visual/training design competency (portfolio requested)
Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented outputs
Strong team collaboration and self-directed execution against deadlines
Experience consulting with SMEs and driving learning design via an intake process
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; human-centered design and process improvement focus
Demonstrated follow-through to operationalize concepts for global scale, rapid implementation, and measurement
Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
eLearning tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia
Virtual classroom platforms
MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) plus Planner, Power BI, Power Automate, Qualtrics
Preferred
Needs analysis for SAP and iValua training development
Basic HTML, GUI interface, and website editing
Experience with cloud content management services
LMS administration experience
Production experience with virtual classroom delivery systems
Experience with software/application implementations
Comfortable public speaking to small/medium groups (in-person and virtual)
