Own plant-wide electrical reliability in a 24/7 industrial environment
Lead electrical reliability initiatives
Outage planning
Preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Capital improvement projects
Partnering closely with maintenance and operations teams
Troubleshooting complex electrical issues
Performing root cause failure analysis
Managing electrical projects and contractors
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Providing technical leadership and training to E&I resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in heavy industrial or continuous manufacturing
Strong background in electrical reliability, power distribution, drives, and plant maintenance
Experience supporting outages, CMMS-driven maintenance programs, and 24/7 operations
