Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and schedule proposal timelines

Compile cost, schedule, and technical data in accordance with RFP requirements

Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling, and performance information from functional departments

Research historical data and build cost models to support proposal efforts

Participate in fact‑finding meetings, should‑cost reviews, and contract‑negotiation activities

Required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

1 or more years experience in finance, proposal, government contracting, etc

Working knowledge with EFS/BOE system

Proficient communication skills and/or Pro-pricer

Windows Office excel, PowerPoint

Working knowledge of LM financial tools specifically EFS and/or Pro-pricer
