They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing product information and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact between Customers and MidwayUSA

Provide product and services information to resolve any emerging problems Customers may face with accuracy and efficiency

Help Customers by being patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative with solid problem-solving capabilities

Troubleshoot and investigate when there isn’t enough information to resolve Customer complaints

Achieve productivity and service standards, respond efficiently to Customer inquiries, and maintain high Customer Satisfaction
