Good Culture is hiring a Deductions Analyst who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and resolving customer deductions while supporting accurate order processing and accounts receivable activities. This role plays a key part in safeguarding revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the integrity of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely billing

Compare invoices against purchase orders to confirm alignment analyzing and posting any off invoice deductions

Process credit memos

Apply customer payments accurately

Analyzing Invoice amount

Amount paid vs amount due

Highlight discrepancies

Analyze customer remittances to validate deduction accuracy

Highlighting by customer and by item

Identify, document, and dispute unauthorized or incorrect deductions

Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies and secure repayment when necessary

Maintain detailed records of disputed items and status updates

Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned

Contribute to process improvement efforts within Order Management, A/R, and Deductions
