Capital Blue Cross is looking for highly motivated interns to support their Strategy Execution team in the Government Programs division. Responsibilities

Supporting the Strategy Execution team in Capital's Government Programs division
Participating in a variety of experiences through meaningful work assignments, observation opportunities, and social interactions
Completing a service project with one of our community partners
Participating in ongoing company initiatives and translating classroom learning into fresh perspectives
Formally presenting the outcomes of the experience to the executive and extended leadership team
Receiving periodic feedback and professional development programming from Capital team members
Networking with Capital Blue Cross staff and participating in company-wide learning events

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level program in one of the following majors: Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field of study
Exposure to basic Microsoft Excel
Ability to commit full-time to a 13-week program that runs May 18- August 14
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to commit to an onsite or hybrid work schedule

Preferred

Process improvement and/or project management experience
Experience with SharePoint and Teams
Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale or equivalent thereof)
