Responsibilities
Perform innovation in AI agents for enterprise analytics—focusing on planning, multi-step reasoning, and tool-augmented execution with large language models over unstructured data (documents, logs, emails, multimodal artifacts)
Design agent architectures, memory and planning systems, retrieval and grounding pipelines, and evaluation frameworks that deliver reliable, auditable, and cost-efficient enterprise outcomes
Partner closely with research engineers and product teams to ship agentic systems to production, rigorously evaluate reasoning quality and safety, and drive measurable customer and business impact
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in applied science or related field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience with AI agents for enterprise analytics
Knowledge of planning, multi-step reasoning, and tool-augmented execution
Experience with large language models over unstructured data
Ability to design agent architectures, memory and planning systems
Experience with retrieval and grounding pipelines
Ability to create evaluation frameworks for enterprise outcomes
Experience partnering with research engineers and product teams
Ability to rigorously evaluate reasoning quality and safety
Ability to drive measurable customer and business impact
Preferred
PhD in a relevant field
