myHR Partner, Inc. is partnering with United Way Space Coast to find a strategic and mission-driven leader for the role of Director of Resource Development. In this high-impact position, the Director will shape fundraising strategy, cultivate partnerships, and drive community investment into initiatives while leading a team and reporting directly to the President.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of our annual campaign and all corporate engagement efforts
Lead a team of 2-3 relationship managers providing coaching, accountability, and problem-solving support
Manage top donor accounts
Be the face of United Way at events, meetings, and throughout the community
Leverage CRM and donor insights to drive decisions and demonstrate impact
Launch new partnerships, deepen donor experiences, and contribute to long-term financial sustainability
Work alongside the leadership team and provide departmental updates often to our board of directors

Required

5+ years of United Way experience a must; fundraising, corporate partnerships, and major gifts (2+ years managing teams or strategies)
Proven record of hitting and exceeding fundraising goals
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with business and community leaders
Strategic mindset with comfort in public speaking and CRM tools
Willingness to travel locally often and work occasional evenings/weekends to attend events
