Responsibilities

Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize feature development and inform strategic growth initiatives within the BlueCruise product roadmap
Serve as a cross-functional partner, bridging engineering, business, and marketing to drive informed product decisions
Translate customer needs into clearly defined technical requirements, leveraging data and comprehensive industry knowledge to drive product refinement
Support product benchmarking by analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to differentiate BlueCruise through product superiority and intentional market positioning
Implement innovative strategies to accelerate development, reduce risk, and enhance the overall product experience, collaborating across the company to ensure full realization

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Strong data analysis skills: the ideal candidate will be able to reason data into implications
5+ years of experience
Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization, including strong documentation skills
A deep passion for your customers, their needs, and for building/shipping products to meet these needs
Demonstrated effectiveness in complex organizations
Must be willing and able to work onsite in Dearborn, MI a minimum of four days a week. This is not a remote role

Preferred

Domain knowledge in advanced driving systems or in-vehicle infotainment strongly preferred
Prior experience in Product Management preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software systems underpinning our advanced driving features or the willingness and ability to learn them quickly
