Responsibilities

Manage the administrative aspects of the Investor Relations function

Schedule meetings, maintain contact lists, organize events, coordinate communications between investors and various internal departments, and support the team in preparing materials for investor presentations and earnings calls

Serve as a point of contact for routine investor inquiries

Oversee and update the Investor Relations CRM ensuring clear, consistent information flow

Support the Global Head of Investor Relations, handling everything from calendar management to travel arrangements

Own logistics for investor meetings and events including travel and material preparation
