Responsibilities
Review and respond to FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements and recommend revisions to Qorvo’s standard flow-down responses and compliance templates
Prepare Commerciality and Price Reasonableness assertions and Prime Contractor Representations and Certifications
Assist in drafting and updating government contracting job aids, checklists, guidance documents, policies and procedures, and process documentation for internal stakeholders
Negotiate contract modifications and exceptions with Prime Contractors
Serve as a reviewer for solicitations, proposals, bids, and contracts, escalating complex issues to the Manager as needed
Participate in cross-functional meetings with sourcing, engineering, operations, and program teams
Use SAP, Salesforce, and reporting tools to assist with data analysis, identify compliance trends, and support continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of professional work experience
Exposure to federal government work
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task, set priorities and execute timely to meet deadlines and strategic objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, judgment, interpersonal skills, including ability to take initiative, anticipate problems, learn a new area, work collaboratively with the flexibility to adapt
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR and related agency policies and guidelines
Understanding of US Government fixed priced contracts; CP, CPFF, OTA knowledge
Prior experience in negotiating federal flow down clauses with defense Prime Contractors
Experience using SAP and Salesforce.com experience
