Compensation Range: $150,000 to $300,000+ per year, depending on performance and client growth
Multiple revenue streams, including commissions, advisory fees, and recurring income
Income support available for new advisors during ramp-up
Transition packages for experienced professionals
Bonus programs and marketing expense support
Long-term retirement savings plan with up to 10% company contribution
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution
