Taking 4-6 qualified calls/day from our setter team + funnel
Running a consultative, structured sales process
Helping warm inbound leads make clear decisions
Following a proven script + leveraging our brand’s momentum
Working closely with leadership for coaching + support
Qualification
Required
Experience closing for online coaching/consulting
Understanding of frame control, emotional leadership, and real discovery
Reliability and coachability
Desire for a long-term position
Consistent conversion when given warm leads and volume
Pride in being the best at what you do
Benefits
$500 bonuses at $100K, $125K, and $150K monthly cash (includes recurring)
$500 bonus for maintaining above 55% PIF rate (average rate on this offer)
Extra 1% commission override for >50% cash collected via bank transfer
