Observe and/or audit existing processes to understand different perspectives and/or share findings
Assist with qualitative and quantitative data gathering for initiatives to support analysis
Draft project deliverables and other materials
Present findings and results to internal audiences
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Currently enrolled in high school or equivalent educational program
At least 18 years of age or able to obtain a Work Permit
Actively listen to others, showing courtesy, compassion, and understand of the other person's perspective
Demonstrates resourcefullness by seeking needed information before asking others for direction
Shows attention to detail by asking clarifying questions
Creates logical plans/steps to get work done
Seeks to increase self-awareness of strengths and development areas
Accepts constructive feedback from others and takes action based on feedback
Demonstrates basic understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft suite
