Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound/outbound customer service-related calls
Engage customers to identify needs and provide information on Rocket’s products and services
Schedule inspections and quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians
Collect payments and resolve billing issues, applying credits/adjustments when appropriate
Document all customer interactions accurately in PestPac
Support digital communication channels, including responding to customers via text or email
Assist Inside Sales team during peak call times
Create call-back service accounts and maintain current customer accounts
Enter lead information into PestPac and schedule appointments
Build strong relationships with branch teams and service professionals
Meet or exceed performance metrics and monthly development goals
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must pass a seven-year criminal background check
Preferred
Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred
