Responsibilities
Partner with Engineering, Product and Business stakeholders to orchestrate the delivery of key initiatives
Define and influence engineering solutions and roadmap
Build and manage program plans, Jira dashboards, measure and track programs from concept to delivery
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, drive roadmap alignment to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, and remove program blockers
Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
Facilitate ongoing discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution. Determine people, process or technical solutions to address issues
Dive deep into data and systems to help resolve technical impediments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of technical program management experience
Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
Proficient in agile processes and program management methodologies
Strong understanding of technology architecture concepts, software & product development methodologies
Be data and metrics driven
Able to effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Background in logistics, supply chain, or high-volume transactional marketplaces
