Responsibilities

Support Partner campaigns from planning and strategy phases through implementation and execution. Work cross-functionally across internal departments, including CRM, App, PR, Social, Performance, Creative, Events, Sweeps, Email, Channel marketing, OEM, brand, and Digital. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to optimize the effectiveness of partner programs, including Partner and Host approvals of marketing materials
Work with the partner’s teams to understand their current visual identity and communicate this to internal creative teams, preserving the authenticity of the partner and tone of the partner’s content. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize marketing collateral and assets for partner-specific initiatives. Facilitate a high volume of creative assets from conception to distribution. Act as the quality control for each partner by coordinating approvals of marketing materials
Brainstorm and pitch creative partner strategies, content, and promotional opportunities aimed at increasing audience engagement, building brand awareness, and strengthening partner relations for SiriusXM. Develop strategies for specialty programming, events, interviews, performances, and partner-hosted shows
Create and execute social promotion strategies, including the necessary assets needed to run a successful social media campaign across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube
Create, distribute and monitor the performance of SiriusXM links for partners and their guests shared through their networks off platform to drive awareness and traffic back into the SiriusXM app or trial offer
Content aggregator for all SiriusXM brand and seasonal campaigns and facilitate requests from talent to support those campaigns
Support and assist with aggregating marketing plans for ongoing Partner marketing support, new launches, and events
Monitor that SiriusXM and partner contractual obligations are fulfilled on a quarterly and annual basis
Provide weekly summary of takeaways from Talk, Comedy, and Entertainment meetings
Support efforts to build paid media plans designed to drive audience growth and engagement for priority podcasts and partners
Support the day-to-day management of paid campaigns — from targeting and creative strategy to pacing, optimization, and performance tracking
Help to develop creative briefs and collaborate on assets that work natively on YouTube — including video ads, static image overlays, copy, and CTA strategy
Use performance data to help build audience profiles and identify new growth opportunities — including audience crossovers and channels that over-index for new podcast listeners
Deliver clear, actionable campaign recaps to stakeholders, highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and how to improve going forward

Required

Bachelor Degree required
3 years of hands-on experience in marketing to a consumer audience across digital channels
Must have legal right to work in the U.S

Love of podcasts and knowledge of the industry at large is an extra bonus
