Responsibilities

Process and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

Modify and create technical drawings in accordance with engineering standards

Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Ensure accuracy and consistency of product documentation and CAD models

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure proper release and implementation of changes

Support continuous improvement in documentation and drafting processes

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Drafter, Engineering Technician, or similar role

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks)

Familiarity with ECO processes and ERP systems (Epicor)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints

Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team

Good communication and teamwork skills

Associate degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
