Responsibilities

Develop a territory sales strategy to penetrate key financial institutions and enterprise clients
Create and execute account plans for assigned targets, including opportunity mapping and revenue forecasting
Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client challenges, then align RevSpring’s solutions accordingly
Present tailored business cases and ROI analyses that quantify client value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment
Partner with Marketing to design effective go-to-market campaigns and collateral for financial services prospects
Lead RFP responses and proposal development for strategic opportunities
Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to executive stakeholders
Maintain a disciplined sales process, CRM accuracy, and forecasting integrity
Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Required

Proven ability to create and execute complex enterprise sales strategies in financial services or related sectors
Strong understanding of target industry communication platforms, technologies and payment workflows
Demonstrated experience selling SaaS, data analytics, or digital engagement platforms
Consultative and value-based selling expertise
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with ability to build financial models and ROI justifications
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Minimum 3–5 years in enterprise or financial services technology sales
Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical and financial concepts clearly and persuasively
Must be able to prepare proposals and reports for C-suite and operational leaders
Standard office environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods, use hands and fingers for computer work, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
