Responsibilities

Apply high-quality lawn care treatments using industry-leading products
Identify and recommend services to customers and prospects while in the field
Maintain and operate lawn care equipment
Assist with shop work as needed

Qualification

Mechanical aptitudeCustomer service experienceAgriculture knowledgePest control servicesCommunication skills

Required

Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet production goals
Must pass a drug test and background check

Preferred

Customer service experience
Small engine repair or mechanical skills
Education or experience in agriculture, agronomy, business, horticulture, or turf management
