Responsibilities
Perform innovation in AI agents for enterprise analytics—focusing on planning, multi-step reasoning, and tool-augmented execution with large language models over unstructured data (documents, logs, emails, multimodal artifacts)
Design agent architectures, memory and planning systems, retrieval and grounding pipelines, and evaluation frameworks that deliver reliable, auditable, and cost-efficient enterprise outcomes
Partner closely with research engineers and product teams to ship agentic systems to production, rigorously evaluate reasoning quality and safety, and drive measurable customer and business impact
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in AI agents for enterprise analytics
Knowledge of planning, multi-step reasoning, and tool-augmented execution with large language models
Experience with unstructured data (documents, logs, emails, multimodal artifacts)
Ability to design agent architectures, memory and planning systems, retrieval and grounding pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
Experience in delivering reliable, auditable, and cost-efficient enterprise outcomes
Ability to partner closely with research engineers and product teams
Experience in evaluating reasoning quality and safety
Ability to drive measurable customer and business impact
