Senior Real Estate Marketing Specialist
AFMKTG is a boutique marketing agency serving brands in the luxury space, seeking a Senior Real Estate Marketing Specialist to lead marketing execution across select real estate development clients. This role involves managing marketing systems, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Responsibilities
Build, execute, and maintain backend marketing systems (CRM, email, automations, websites, integrations)
Manage email marketing including newsletters, nurture sequences, campaigns, and list segmentation
Implement no-code website updates, landing pages, blogs, and basic optimizations
Oversight on copywriting and design initiatives from cross-functional teams
Track performance, surface insights, and optimize campaigns and systems
Partner directly with clients to translate business goals into clear marketing execution
Own communication, timelines, and follow-through across initiatives
Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand standards and project objectives
Support copy for home pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and templates
Program, test, and launch campaigns and automations
Build reusable templates and workflows to streamline execution
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, developers, and paid media partners
Manage and oversee web design, paid ads vendors or teams to ensure alignment with broader strategy
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus in real estate or hospitality
Proven experience marketing properties, developments, or real estate portfolios
Confident, professional client leadership experience
Strong strategic thinking, solutions-focused with hands-on execution ability
Fluent in backend marketing systems, automations, CRMs, and workflows
Excellent copywriting, organization, and communication skills
High taste level and strong creative judgment
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong proactive communication skills, confident working with leadership, clients, and vendors in a fast-paced creative environment
Proficient in backend systems that power marketing: automations, CRMs, and workflows (Basecamp, Dubsado, Zapier, Squarespace, Acuity) and team communication tools (Slack/Email)
