Talent Acquisition Manager

Confidential Jobs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a recruiting team responsible for high-volume, multi-site recruiting across the central region. The role involves building and coaching the team, driving process consistency, and ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers with clear performance expectations and measurable outcomes
Coach recruiters on interviewing, compliance, and candidate experience; build team capability through training and ongoing feedback
Ensure recruiting team access, permissions, and effectiveness within Workday and supporting tools
Implement standardized interview structures and job-specific rubrics to reduce time-to-fill and strengthen hiring decisions
Drive improvements in <90-day retention through recruiter check-ins and onboarding follow-up
Pilot and scale AI-enabled tools for screening and scheduling automation
Oversee compliance steps and documentation (e.g., screenings, exams, and other regulated hiring requirements) and ensure Workday task completion
Coordinate with Compliance and Training teams to ensure candidates are fully cleared and ready to start
Deliver a timely, transparent, human candidate journey —consistent communication, professionalism, and care throughout the process

Required

5+ years leading high-performing talent acquisition teams
Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across multiple locations/entities
Strong knowledge of Workday or comparable ATS, recruiting workflows, and reporting
Comfort working in a regulated environment
Data-driven leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

Familiarity with hiring regulations
