Responsibilities
Own the development of multi-channel learner engagement campaigns by coordinating and ensuring the on-time completion of Design, Content, and Lifecycle tasks, ensuring they meet all requirements of the brief as directed by the Learner Engagement lead
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on campaign deliverables and communications to maintain high standards and consistency with Corporate Partner guidelines
Prepare and compile data for reporting utilizing existing dashboards and templates, enabling senior team members to analyze performance
Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation to ensure clarity and usability for the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational Learner Engagement efforts with strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting marketing teams in an operational capacity
Attention to Detail: You consistently ensure accuracy in data, workflows, and campaign execution
Operational Efficiency: You can manage multiple tasks with precision and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable navigating project management platforms and learning new tools quickly
Quality Assurance: You excel at catching errors and ensuring every project meets high standards before launch
Collaboration: You thrive when working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
You're highly organized and enjoy tackling operational challenges with a proactive mindset
