Aircraft Mechanic III – C-130J Multi-System Mechanic
Yulista Holding LLC is seeking a Multi-System Aircraft Mechanic – C-130J to perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of aircraft systems on the C-130J Super Hercules. The mechanic will support maintenance operations ensuring compliance with technical data and safety requirements, contributing to aircraft readiness in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair all C-130J fuel system components including tanks, pumps, valves, probes, vent systems, manifolds, and quantity indicating systems
Perform confined-space fuel tank entry, leak detection, bladder inspection, sealant removal/application, and corrective repair actions
Execute defuel/refuel operations, contamination control, leak checks, system functional tests, and system preservation tasks
Comply with all applicable technical orders (TO 1C-130J-2-28 series) and established fuel system safety protocols
Perform intermediate- or depot-level maintenance across multiple additional C-130J systems, such as: Hydraulic Systems: actuators, pumps, reservoirs, manifolds, and line routing
Engine removal/installation, accessory troubleshooting, rigging, servicing
Environmental Control Systems (ECS): bleed air, air cycle machine components, oxygen systems
Flight Controls: cable rigging, control surface adjustments, operational checks
Landing Gear: strut servicing, wheels/brakes, extension/retraction systems
Electrical/Avionics (organizational level): LRU replacements, wiring inspection, connector repair
Interpret and apply maintenance manuals, technical orders, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering instructions
Accurately document work performed using AFTO 781 series forms, IMDS/GO81, or contractor systems
Conduct operational checks and system functions following maintenance actions
Support aircraft launch, recovery, and troubleshooting activities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, with direct hands-on experience on C-130J fuel systems
Demonstrated proficiency across at least two additional C-130J aircraft systems
Formal military or OEM aircraft maintenance training (e.g., USAF AFSC 2A6X4/2A6X5/2A3X3 or equivalent)
Confined space/fuel tank entry qualified (or able to obtain)
Ability to interpret and work from aircraft technical data
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
Preferred
Depot, ISO, or heavy maintenance experience on C-130J aircraft preferred
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification preferred
Experience with corrosion control, structural repairs, or modification programs
Familiarity with digital maintenance tracking systems such as IMDS, GO81, or equivalent
